By accessing or using AdLift Engine ("Service"), operated by Delta Sierra Holdings LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

AdLift Engine provides demographic data and targeting tools for advertising purposes. Our Service includes access to US Census Bureau data, ZIP code analysis, demographic insights, and related tools designed to help improve your advertising targeting.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any changes to your information
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Prices may change with 30 days notice
Refunds are subject to our policies as described on our pricing page

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Delta Sierra Holdings LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Demographic data sourced from US Census Bureau is in the public domain, but our presentation, analysis, and derived insights remain our intellectual property.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data, the demographic information is sourced from the US Census Bureau. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You are responsible for verifying data accuracy for your specific use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Sierra Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
